Ingredients
- 1 cup warm milk (110°F)
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
Add warm milk and sugar to the bread machine.
Sprinkle yeast over the milk and let sit for 5 minutes.
Add eggs, butter, flour, and salt to the pan.
Select the dough setting and start the machine.
When dough is ready, shape into a loaf.
Place in greased loaf pan for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Cool before slicing.
