Ingredients

  • 8 oz lump crab meat, drained
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup green onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

In large bowl combine crab meat cream cheese mayonnaise green onions garlic Worcestershire Old Bay lemon juice and cayenne

Mix gently to combine being careful not to break up crab meat too much

In small bowl mix panko breadcrumbs parmesan and melted butter until crumbly

Using small cookie scoop form crab mixture into 1.5-inch balls

Roll each ball gently in breadcrumb mixture coating all sides

Place on parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate 30 minutes to firm up

Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3 minutes

Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray

Arrange crab bites in single layer not touching

Spray tops with cooking spray

Cook at 375°F for 5 minutes then flip carefully

Spray flipped side and cook additional 5 minutes until golden brown

Serve hot with lemon wedges and tartar sauce
